Arrival by Air

Many of our guests arrive by air. Alaska Airlines is the only commercial airline that provides service to and from the contintental US to Ketchikan. Visit their website for more information - www.alaskaair.com. The airport is separated from Ketchikan by a channel of water. A ferry will transport you from the Airport to the Airport/Ferry terminal.

Arrival by Sea

The Alaska Marine Highway System provides ferry service to and from the continental US as well as within the State of Alaska. For more information please visit their website at http://www.dot.state.ak.us/amhs/index.shtml

Driving Directions from Airport/Ferry Terminal:
  1. The Hotel is approximately 3 miles from the Airport/Ferry terminal.
  2. From the ferry terminal, turn right on Tongass Avenue heading South into town.
  3. You will pass 3 stoplights before you get to the downtown area of Ketchikan.
  4. After the downtown stoplight, follow natural left curve in the road (downtown).
  5. Turn left onto Bawden Street.
  6. At the fork in the road on Bawden, stay right and continue onto Park Avenue.
  7. Turn Right off Park Avenue, onto Venetia Way
  8. Follow Venetia Way up the hill to the Cape Fox Lodge.
