With everything from standard fare to items unique to our own hotel kitchen, our menu has been a crowd pleaser in Ketchikan for years. A favorite dining place for Ketchikan locals and tourists alike, Chef Craig Royball has added his own signature dishes to round out a spectacular menu that says Alaska. Menu items include a wide spread of Alaskan seafood, including Alaska King Crab, Halibut and salmon. Unique menu items such as Reindeer sausage and Bison burgers add variety. Not an adventurous eater? Don't fret, our menu is chock full of "the usuals" as well.
