For the adventuresome, activities abound in downtown Ketchikan from walking tours to sportfishing. Watch a totem pole being carved at the Saxman Indian Village or visit the Totem Heritage Park. Nearby Deer Mountain invites hikers and the surrounding waters beckon kayakers, sailors, fishermen and sightseers. Native art can be found in the lobby as well as on display at many area shops and museums.

Cape Fox Lodge is located overlooking historic downtown Ketchikan and the Tongass Narrows. Access is via a scenic tram ride that links the lodge to the city some 130 feet below or by vehicle around the back of Cape Fox Hill. Ketchikan's Airport Ferry Terminal is less then ten minutes from the lodge and during the summer months you will find cruise ships docking just steps from our tram at the bottom of the hill.
