While staying at the Lodge enjoy the cozy comfort of our beckoning lobby, with a crackling fire and a cup of Raven’s Brew from the Sweet Mermaid’s kiosk. Cape Fox Lodge has an in-house museum that celebrates the Tlingit culture on two floors. Private tours are available on request. With a striking mountainous backdrop, the imposing "Council of the Clans" totem exhibit guards the Lodge’s front entry. The Lodge's vistas are unmatched in Ketchikan and can be enjoyed from your room, the lobby, and the Heen Kahidi Dining Room. Don’t forget to stop in the gift shop in the lobby. You’ll find original and unique works of art.
Let us help you book your ultimate fishing trip. Step up to the front desk or call in advance (866-225-8991) and we will make all the arrangements. If you are a guest at Cape Fox Lodge and are staying longer than one day, we can arrange for multiple days on the water. We suggest beginning your fishing trip before 10:00 a.m.
While the ardent fisherman often leaves between 5:00 and 6:00 a.m., fishing usually is better at tide change. We’ll suggest the most opportune time for you to arrive at the fishing grounds so you can "catch the tide." Complimentary shuttle service to and from the lodge is included for single day and multiple day trips. Our partner tour company Baranof Fishing Excursions has the excursions that will make your stay.
